icloud

the cloud is coming to an apple near you in fact you might be surprised at how many different things you can do with the cloud.

Among the integrations that are apparently planned is twitter,

creating storage of music, pictures, video, perhaps even software, it is interesting, but the one thing that will be at issue will be security, because you never know what might happen, when you post to the cloud, data that was meant to be private.

ICloud, which will be free initially, replaces an earlier Apple service, MobileMe, which Jobs called “not our finest hour.”

So dont waste any time get on over to the cloud and see what you can do with the new service.

Opps it appears that we might have been a little premature with that apparently the service is not yet live, but perhaps in the next few days, you can find some nice clouds to perch on.

One of the things they talked about was the failures of the mobile me platform, which I can tell you represented horrible issues in so many ways, when they stopped using @mac.com email addresses, and they stopped using that system that to tell the truth was equally messed up, the thing here is this I know a lot of people who paid, like $99 bucks a year for that messed up service.

So what do we expect now, will they get it right this time or will it be as messed up as the FCP, X product, where they give you less but charge you more, now personally I feel sorry for Steve, but all in all, Apple is headed down the wrong path to enlightenment.

When they create a solid software product, without bugs, then I will be a happy camper but until they fix FCP, I am going to be upset, because I paid $999.00 for a crap product that sucks.
